My goal with Lightweight Labware is to make high-throughput genomic protocols available and accessible to everyone, from garage biohackers to field biologists to NIH-funded labs that would rather spend money on people and data than on BioMonopoly MegaCorp Inc.

Part of what makes this possible is the amazing open-source 3D printing and hackerspace community, and the tremendous support and creativity to be found therein.
